• Games and Practices will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
• Base paths are set at 60 feet and pitchers throw from 42 feet.
• Games are 4 innings in length and 5 innings in play-offs.
• 9U division is about having fun and continuing to develop the players’ primary baseball skills of hitting, base running, fielding and throwing.
• “Live” pitching and back catchers are introduced at this level as well.
• The Spring Season runs from early April to mid/late June.
• Each player will be supplied with a baseball hat and jersey
• Bat Requirements: 30 inch, 2 5/8 inch max diameter, unlimited length/weight drop - bats with greater than 2 ¼ in. barrel diameter must be marked “USABB” or stamped with BPF 1.15” (Bat Performance Factor)
• Wood, bamboo, and wood composite bats are permitted in all divisions. Wood composite bats include wood bats with fiberglass sheathing and wood-barreled bats with composite handles.
• each team equipment bag will be supplied with baseball bats.
